If you regret your purchase (right of withdrawal)

You have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop at skærmbeskytter.dk.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date you received your goods.

If you wish to avail of the right of complaint, notify us within 14 days that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending us a request to this effect via our right of withdrawal page.

Important! You cannot cancel a purchase by refusing to accept it. 

 

Screen Protectors Notes:

Protective glasses sold at this webshop are between 2H and 9H in protection. Daily use may be weaker. Din IT Leverandør ApS never replaces any devices that break even if they have a screen protector installed. It is solely your responsibility.

The protection glass protects you from cutting your fingers by having a outer silicone layer – this silicone layer is there for your comfort, no warranties given – you can cut your fingers if you are unlucky and this layer disappears over time. Din IT Leverandør ApS can not be held responsible for anything related to this.

The protection glass protects the phone effectively and will in most cases take the drop if your device drops – however, it can not be guaranteed as the device may land on the edges of the phone or similar places where the protection glass does not cover. This is never covered by Din IT Leverendør ApS.

The transparency of screen savers sold on this website is between 96% and 100%. See product page for details.

The bactericidal screen protector has been tested by Quality Labs BT GmbH in Nuremberg, an accredited laboratory by the German government under ISO 22196.

The screen protector on a bactericidal screen protector is protected by 2H. Daily use may be weaker.

The antibacterial layer on a bactericidal screen protector does not last forever and may become weaker meaning that the bacteria are no longer killed. Din IT Leverandør ApS can not be held responsible for screen protectors that does not kill bacteria.

 

Return:

You must send your order back to us without delay and no later than 3 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct expenses associated with the return of the goods. Upon return, you are responsible for the proper packaging of the goods and you bear the risk of the goods until it arrives at our address.

You lose your right of withdrawal if you degrade the condition of the product when or before you send it back!

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words – you can try the item the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. You can test the item, but cannot take it in real use.

If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that you will only receive part or all of the purchase ainstalled upon withdrawal, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Package labels must be purchased from our return portal.

 

Refund of the purchase ainstalled:

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course get the ainstalled you have paid back to us. In the event of an impairment that you are liable for, the ainstalled of the purchase is deducted. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund the ainstalled of the item at the time of purchase. We will refund without unnecessary delay and not later than 14 days from the date on which we have received the product. What should I send with back?

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation, as well as a copy of the mail about the complaint/return, and of course the item.

 

Right of c0mplaint:

When you shop at a webshops owned by Din IT Leverandør ApS you have a 24 right of complaint period. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, refunded or refused the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of misuse of the product or other harmful behaviour.

It is important that you are aware that the right of complaint does not apply to normal wear and tear. Examples: Because there are scratches on your screen protector, because the screen protector gets smashed when you drop it on the floor, or because you apply it wrong and get air bubbles under the protecter does not give you the right to have it replaced. The right of complaint applies to defectives that were present at the time of purchase – if you receive a defective product or it stops working without you did anything, then the warranty covers the right.

When should I ship the item back?

You must ship it back within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the goods. If you ship it within 14 days of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
